Adam Giaquinto is a finance student that is originally from New Jersey. In addition to working hard on his studies, Adam enjoys investing, traveling, giving back to the community, playing chess, and various sports.
Adam Giaquinto is currently a college finance major with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025. As a passionate learner and a chess enthusiast, Adam’s love for chess has also helped him with his learning endeavors. He believes that his skills from playing chess helps him to better understand the grueling coursework that comes with studying finance.
When the time comes to unwind, Adam Giaquinto enjoys various sports. Among his top choices is soccer, a dynamic sport that captivates him with its strategic plays and exhilarating moments. With its fast-paced action and team dynamics, basketball is another favorite he embraces. Additionally, skiing becomes a thrilling pursuit for Adam when the snow-covered landscapes beckon. Beyond physical activity, Adam’s leisurely pursuits extend to the cerebral realm, as he is an ardent chess enthusiast.
Another part of Adam Giaquinto’s passions is traveling and learning more about other cultures around him. He has had the opportunity to travel to exciting destinations around the country with his family and study abroad trips, where he has learned more about how people in different cultures live. He believes that this has not only helped him grow as a person, but it has helped spark his love for community service and giving back to those in need.
Adam Giaquinto is a giving and caring person. He cares deeply about his community and does his share to give back to those who need it most. For example, he volunteered for Nashua PAL through Americorps during a gap year, enabling him to commit to the nine-month service project and offer full-time work at his local PAL facility. Adam worked with children and administrators to advance Nashua PAL’s mission to create a positive attitude between at-risk youth and the police department. The organization does so through sports, educational programs, and enrichment activities. Given this goal (and the methods used to achieve it), it’s clear why Adam felt so strongly about the project – and why he enjoyed working there.
